Tree Planting (Birdwell Woods near Barnsley)

Join our one-off Drop-in-Days volunteering event, in collaboration with Mitzvah Day, to help us plant some trees in your local woodland.

As Mitzvah Day approaches this challenging year, the Mitzvah Day team has returned to their core values, with a resolute belief that through social action and by working together, we can make the world a better place. On Mitzvah Day we come together to support local charities, as we each make a tangible difference to our communities through the projects we complete and the relationships we build.

We offer Drop-in-Days volunteering opportunities for people that lead busy lives, or that just want to volunteer ad-hoc or at a one-off event. Registering to take part in our Drop-in-Days Tree Planting event will provide you with access to our volunteer news and we will let you know about other volunteering opportunities in your area for up to to 12 months after the initial event. You can opt out anytime.

Although our Drop-Days volunteering roles are irregular, you will receive a warm welcome from our team, as well as all the information and instruction you need to make a difference.
